2019年8月28日、東京地裁で南相馬避難20ミリ基準撤回裁判の第16回期日がありました。
東京地裁には雨の中多くの支援者が傍聴に参加されました。

裁判では原告側弁護人から準備書面（２４）として、原告に対して行ったアンケートをもとに本件解除で原告が帰還を余儀なくされた実態の説明がありました。また準備書面（２５）の「不溶性放射性微粒子による被ばくリスク」についての説明がありました。
裁判終了後の報告集会では、ちくりん舎の青木から、特別報告として、南相馬の原告の方々の尿検査の結果（中間報告）を行いました。
ちくりん舎では南相馬20ミリ裁判の原告の皆さんの尿検査による内部被ばく調査を行っています。それと合わせて比較のために、グリーンコープ生協さんのご協力で、西日本在住の方々の尿検査を行っています。今回の中間報告でも、西日本在住の方々は17人全員、不検出（検出下限0.06Bq/kg) にもかかわらず、南相馬在住の方では、不検出はわずか20%弱にすぎず、多くの方がセシウムを体内に取り込んでいる状況が説明されました。
